What’s Covered:

• Life-threatening genetic or congenital diseases (such as hip dysplasia or heart conditions)

• Conditions that significantly shorten lifespan or result in chronic suffering

How It Works:

• If a covered condition is diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian, we will offer:

  • A replacement puppy of equal value (pending availability), or
